saint Mary School Tuition Information

Affordable Catholic Education
Saint Mary School is committed to making Catholic education affordable for all families. Tuition is determined by a variety of factors that take into account the cost to educate a child and the comparable costs of education in our area. Because of the generosity of the Saint Mary Community and the support of our parish, Saint Mary School is able to offer competitive tuition that is far lower than the actual cost of education.

2024-2025 Tuition & Fees

A non-refundable registration fee of $150 per student is due at the time of registration. This fee supports the general operations of the registration process and is due with the submission of your Tuition Contract/Enrollment Form.

Students in Kindergarten - 8th Grade have a non-refundable Book and Technology fee of $400 due on May 1, 2023. This fee covers the costs of books, supplies, learning technology, and other resources.

*Contributing Parishioner Status
To be considered a Contributing Parishioner, families will meet all the following criteria:

  1. Registered parishioners of Saint Mary Parish who attend Mass weekly and are active in parish life by participating in the parish and/or school activities. Only a baptized Roman Catholic may register as a parishioner.

  2. Families who assist Saint Mary Parish by donating to the Sunday and Holy Day collections either through use of their contribution envelopes or online credit card, meeting a suggested minimum guideline of $750 per tuition year (donations received May 1-April 30) and

  3. Families who assist Saint Mary School through fundraising contributions, meeting a minimum of $400 per tuition year (donations received May 1-April 30).

Once you are ready to apply for admission to Saint Mary School, families are asked to complete the New Student Application. New students will be asked to submit a copy of their birth certificate, as well as, sacramental certificates (when applicable), upon admission. Additionally, transfer students will be asked to submit current academic transcripts for review.

TUITION PAYMENTS & ASSISTANCE

We utilize FACTS as our online payment plan processing group. FACTS offers families the flexibility to choose a payment option that works best for them. Tuition can be paid in full or choose from two, four, or ten-month payment plans. There is an annual registration fee assessed to accounts issued by FACTS. You can view more information on the FACTS site. Additionally, there is a Tuition Assistance program through FACTS as well.
